One Click Portal is a web portal that enables our customers to view details of life insurance policy and perform online services securely at anytime and anywhere. Please read our Privacy policy Services available @ One Click Portal include the following:
- View your Policy Details

Self Service transactions:
- Download Motor Policy/eCertificate
- View Policy Details, Details of Policy Holder, Details of Policy, and List of Additional Coverage
- View Payment History
- Get Quote for Private Car Insurance and Motorcycle Insurance
To view you must go to View Details:
- Click “Download e-Certificate”
- There is file that contains password
- You must enter a password that is your last 6 digit NRIC and open file
Must be a customer of AEON Insurance Brokers’ that purchasing through our sales portal.
You will receive an email by clicking via our One Click portal to registration.
Policy Owner’s data must match with our database records and the common reasons for unsuccessful registration can be due to any of the following un-match records:
- NRIC
- The NRIC keyed in during registration is different from our records.
- Email Address
- The email address keyed in is different from our records.
AEON Verification Code is a temporary 6-digit password that will be sent via email which is registered earlier with us.
- By clicking on One Click portal
- Click on “Welcome”
- Select ‘Change Password’
- Key in the current password
- Key in New Password
- Confirm New Password
- The new password criteria must be:
- Contain at least 8 Characters
- Contain at least one Number
This is to ensure that One Click Portal access is being protected to reduces the risk of unauthorised login.
- By clicking the “Forget your password?”
- Click on [Submit] button
- Key in your Verification Code which been sent to your email registered address
- Key in Verification Code and click Verify.
- Key in New Password and Confirm New Password
No, you are required to create a different password for security purposes.
No, registration One Click Portal only take place one time as it recognizes the Policy Owner’s NRIC.
No. You are not allowed to register multiple email address. Only 1 email address can be registered, and this email address will be updated across all your policies.
